Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day is a time to come together and remember the men and women who fought so bravely for our freedom. Our school had a great Remembrance Day Ceremony.  We had two special guests, one a veteran, and the other a current serving member, Sergeant Frank Guadio, and Sergeant White-Dinkel.

We began our liturgy in prayer, song, and one of our classmates, Emma, performed a special dance. We also performed a choral reading of In Flander’s Fields.

They both had some amazing things to say. Thank you to all the Armed Forces members current and in the past who keep fighting for our freedom and that this nation and other nations might live.

Have a look at some of the pictures from our special celebration.
