DanceFest 2015
Today was our performance day for DanceFest and we were as prepared as we were ever going to be. Nerves were rattling as we waited patiently for our turn. At last, our group was called and we quickly assembled on the dance floor with nervous smiles. As the music began, you all did your thing and did such an excellent job.
The colours of our groups looked great out there! I am so proud of your hard work–it certainly paid off.
It was great to see you having fun out there, which is what it’s all about!
Dear Miss Sullivan and class,
I enjoyed our dance this year because I liked how we got to vote and even come up with some of our own moves.
I think we all did a very good job. I am looking forward to next year.

I really like doing dance fest the two parts I like most about dance fest is the songs that we did and doing free style.
Dear . Sullivan and classmates,
I enjoyed our dance “The knight mix” Because over all my 6 years at JV we didn’t get to pick our songs and our moves. I loved all the effort we put into it and was surprised how well the other classes did. Thank you Mrs. Sullivan to be the first and only teacher who let us do it OUR way.

I really enjoyed dance fest this year. Not only did we get to have fun while dancing with our friends but we also got to come up with some new moves and learn some too. I think we did awesome on our dance and we chose some pretty cool songs. Even though there were some troubles it turned out amazing in the end and I am proud of our class! Can’t wait for next year!

This year’s dance fest was incredible! I loved how our song was nice, clean, and original! We all stuck together to make this dance possible. We were definitely a fireball! This dance was so much fun and I can’t wait until next year. I love how everyone added something original to the dance! No one could have done this dance better than us! What was your favourite part? Hi everyone!
I really enjoyed doing this dance. I really liked the moves that we incorporated. I think everyone did an outstanding job with their dances and should definitely look foreword to next year, but we should also make the most of this year before it’s over.
Special thanks to Victoria for recommending our song. Before the dance, I’d never even heard of the song, but now it’s competing with a few other songs to become my favourite!

I loved it when we put the sun glasses on it looked awesome. At the end of the dance it felt really short, it was like I wanted to do it again and we did do it again at school.
I hope our dance fest next year is as fun as this year!

I love to dance, but I love to dance even more when it is with my friends! I think this year is one of my favourite years for dance fest because We got to include our own moves and Mrs. Sullivan’s moves. We worked hard to make this an amazing dance witch it was. I really enjoyed dance fest this year, I think everybody did great and everybody enjoyed it as much as I did. I really also liked how we all got to put our own ideas together (costumes, dance moves, etc) to make this dance turn out amazing.

I especially liked the parts where the class added their own choreography to the dance. I always like to see what creative moves you all can bring to a dance. I was not disappointed!

We did a great job yesterday getting the crowd up on their feet. Our moves were perfected and we made our school proud! My favourite part was near the beginning right after the two circles. What was yours? Can’t wait for next year? Me neither!
