gym: gymnastics

In class lately we have been doing gymnastics! You have to be very flexible. There is lots of poses, balances and walks. If you experiment and try your hardest you can see yourself doing crazy things.

Some of the equipment is balance beam, ropes, climbing bars and more. Mix walks, balances and poses you get a routine and you probably have seen this on t.v.

Poses, balances and walks are so its not boring to watch, never do jump off of something if it is higher than your shoulders or you are not facing forward

When you walk make sure to leap or else it is boring to watch. Make sure you are comfortable doing what activity you are doing, at our school people signed up for gymnastics team and that’s after school and you make gymnastic routines.
