Today we payed our respects to all those fallen soldiers and those who still serve our great country of Canada. Our class led our school community in a liturgy which included a choral reading of the poem “In Flanders Fields”, watching the short video called “A Pittance of Time”, and finally, Mrs. Kay had invited her grandfather to share his stories about his experiences with war. What a special experience (and emotional one) to not only meet, but listen to his stories.

I am so proud of our class for helping to make the liturgy as beautiful and moving as it was. Congratulations on a job well done.
