Canada is a Wonderful Country to Call Home

      Did you know that Canada is one of the best countries ever? Many of my family members have moved to Canada and if you don’t live in Canada you should see photos of Canada and you can see how beautiful it is. Canada is a wonderful country to call home because it is a peaceful country and Canada is very caring.

Canada is a peaceful country because Canadians always say sorry. It makes us stronger in our friendships with other countries. Canadians accept people from different countries into Canada, like my family. We also easily accept people with differences. Last year Canada was ranked the eighth most peaceful country in the world. (The U.S is ranked hundredth.) We have low amount of violence. Our country never begins a war, instead of that we help other people and countries that we respect. Canada has a low crime rate. It is very rare for the police to use their weapons. A Canadian police officer may never use his gun as a policeman.

Canada is very caring. More of us give to charities. Roughly 64 per cent of Canadians donate money to charities compared to 60 per cent in the U.S. Canada is caring because Canadians are always honest and we don’t like violence.

That is why I think that Canada is a wonderful country to call home because it’s a peaceful country and because Canada is very caring.
